CONSULTATION SERVICES
We will meet the realtor and/or the homeowner at the property. Starting with a complete walk through of your home, we will make suggestions for both the interior and exterior. These suggestions will include furniture re-positioning, decluttering, painting, handyman needs, and other solutions that will showcase your home.
WALK & TALK
We will walk you through general staging guidelines and provide suggestions that will highlight your home. This will allow you to take notes and make your own adjustments. The process typically takes an hour. This type of consultation is priced at $200.
COMPLETE WALK-THROUGH
Our complete walk-through consultation is the same as the walk & talk, but we also include a written report with all the suggestions and advice needed to get your property ready for listing. This consultation is priced at $300
